Customer Content
“Customer Content” refers to job-related information you or your organization choose to upload or create within the Services, typically including job descriptions, role requirements, and skills data. We do not require or request sensitive personal information as part of Customer Content and ask customers not to store such information within the Services.
Website and Marketing Information
Separately from the Services, when you visit our public website or interact with our marketing; for example, requesting a demo, downloading content, or filling out a contact form, we and our marketing partners may collect your name, email address, company, and information about your browsing activity through cookies and similar tracking technologies, including advertising pixels described in “Advertising & Retargeting” below.

We do use advertising and retargeting technologies (such as pixels or tags from platforms including Google, Meta, and LinkedIn) on our public marketing website and in outreach to prospective customers who have visited our website or submitted a form (for example, requesting a demo). These technologies allow us to show ads to people who have already engaged with us, based on that engagement, and may involve sharing your contact information or browsing activity with those advertising platforms.

Mosh JD Inc. has submitted its self-certification to the U.S. Department of Commerce for participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and, upon the Department’s confirmation of our participation, commits to adhere to the DPF Principles including Notice, Choice, Accountability for Onward Transfer, Security, Data Integrity
and Purpose Limitation, Access, and Recourse, Enforcement, and Liability with respect to personal data we receive from the European Union, United Kingdom, and Switzerland in reliance on the DPF.
