Over the course of 15 years in HR tech with organizations like Paychex, UKG, and iSolved, Joshua has partnered with hundreds of HR and compensation professionals across industries to address challenges that hold organizations back. By addressing complex problems with simple solutions, he has helped organizations navigate meaningful change with a focus on solutions that reduce friction and actually get adopted.
Joshua Co-founded Mosh JD after seeing firsthand how manual processes, disconnected files, and internal coordination challenges make it difficult for teams to keep job data current. Rather than treating job descriptions as static documents or one-time cleanup projects, Mosh JD was built to manage job information as structured data—supported by automation, governance, and built-in feedback workflows.
